    Impact: Email functionality within Mobile Locker may be experiencing delays or failures

    Description: Our email service provider, Mailgun, is currently experiencing technical difficulties that may affect email delivery from our platform. This could impact:

    • Trackable emails sent to Healthcare Providers (HCPs)

    • Email notifications and alerts

    • Password reset emails

    • Account verification emails

    What we're doing: We are actively monitoring the situation and are in contact with Mailgun's support team. All other Mobile Locker functionality remains fully operational, including content presentation and data synchronization.

    Workaround: While email functionality may be impacted, all other core features of Mobile Locker continue to work normally. Sales reps and MSLs can continue to present content to HCPs through the iPad, Windows, and browser applications.

    Updates: We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available. Normal email functionality will be restored once Mailgun resolves its service issues.
